After we carefully diagnose your eye condition, our clinical services include: management of macular degeneration, medical treatments for glaucoma and treatments for dry eye syndrome. Our surgical services include: LASIK, custom LASIK, LASEK, Refractive Lens Exchange, Intraocular Lens Implants (IOLs), cataract surgery and surgical treatment for glaucoma.

Acclaro started serving the Northern Twin Cities in March 2003. Its founder, Dr. Dan Conrad, wanted to create an eye clinic that exceeded the expectations of its patients and truly change their lives.
“Our name, Acclaro, is a Latin word meaning to ‘make clear, or reveal.’ Of course eye clinics and eye surgery help improve vision. Yet, I wanted to develop a clinic that helped its patients understand the options available to them in a caring and compassionate environment,” states Dr. Conrad.
“Since we opened our clinic, I have been committed to providing a peaceful ambience where the patient and doctor have the time needed to discuss treatment options and help the patient truly understand.”
Dr. Conrad is one of Minnesota’s leading ophthalmologists and, in 2005, was named to LaserVision’s list of “Top 100 Surgeons.” He has performed thousands of eye surgeries on patients throughout the Twin Cities. Despite the magnitude of his experience, he still focuses on the one-on-one relationship with his patients that make Acclaro truly “remarkable.”
