Our Mission:

Acclaro is dedicated to improving the lives of our patients by providing remarkable and compassionate eye care.

Farsightedness - Hyperopia

Farsightedness, called hyperopia, is when light from distant objects focus behind the retina.

“In a young, farsighted person, the lens can change shape and focus a distant object clearly. But, with age, the lens loses its flexibility and can’t compensate as well, leaving distant objects blurry. Glasses, contact lenses or laser vision correction is required for clear vision.”
